Data policy
1. General Provisions.
FLAT.SHOW is an interactive widget that can be described as a digital twin of a real estate project. It is used to present real estate projects online to potential buyers, investors, or other target audiences.The widget helps to showcase a real estate project from different perspectives, allows users to explore available units, purchase options, areas, prices, availability status, and other information important for making an informed decision.
2. Data Sources.
In the process of configuring project displays, we use only the information and data provided by the Client.
• Information is accepted, processed, and formatted solely in ways agreed upon with the Client.
• We bear no responsibility for the relevance, accuracy, truthfulness, or precision of the information provided by the Client.
3. Types of Data Provided.
For the configuration of the FLAT.SHOW widget, we typically receive from the Client (non-exhaustive list):
• floor plans of individual units (apartments, suites, floors, commercial spaces, etc.);
• 3D models (scenes) of buildings;
• landscaping plans;
• façade documentation;
• plot coordinates;
• location photos and videos;
• areas of individual units and/or rooms;
• unit prices;
• financing schemes for unit acquisition;
• sales office addresses and phone numbers;
• availability statuses of units (available, booked, sold, etc.).This list is not universal and may vary depending on the project.
4. Data Access.
• Full access to the Client’s data is granted only to authorized employees and/or contractors of FLAT.SHOW.
• Access is granted strictly within the scope necessary to configure and operate the widget.
• Such employees and contractors do not store the information on private devices and do not disclose it in any manner.
5. Use in CRM and External Systems.
• The widget may be integrated into certain CRM systems, but only on portals owned by the Client and only with proper authorizations granted to FLAT.SHOW’s employees/contractors.
• The widget may serve as an inventory of available units with functionality to manage statuses, prices, user access, and to export project information to external systems (marketplaces, lead-generation platforms, etc.).
• In such cases, the Client is solely responsible for determining who is granted such access. FLAT.SHOW is responsible only for the technical side of information exchange and for providing the Client with the necessary access to configure exports.
6. Data Storage and Protection.
• All data provided by the Client is stored exclusively on servers owned and fully controlled by FLAT.SHOW.
• We apply modern technical and organizational security measures to protect data from unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure.
FLAT.SHOW does not, by default, collect, store, or process any data relating to visitors of the Client’s digital platforms. Should the Client elect to implement such data collection, FLAT.SHOW may provide the necessary configuration to enable the transfer of visitor data directly to the Client or to a system designated by the Client. In such cases, the Client assumes full responsibility for the storage, protection, and further use of such data, and FLAT.SHOW disclaims any liability with respect to the Client’s handling of visitor data.
7. Client Rights.
Clients have the right, at any time, to:
• access their data stored with FLAT.SHOW;
• request correction of inaccurate or outdated data;
• request deletion of their data (“right to be forgotten”), except where retention is required by law;
• withdraw consent previously given for data processing;
• request restriction of or object to data processing.
8. Data Retention Period.
• Data is retained for the entire duration of cooperation between the Client and FLAT.SHOW.
• After the cooperation ends, or upon the Client’s written request, the data will be deleted or anonymized within a reasonable timeframe, unless retention is required by applicable law (e.g., accounting or tax regulations).
9. Data Lifecycle.
1. Collection – data is obtained exclusively from the Client or its authorized representatives.
2. Storage – data is stored on FLAT.SHOW servers under our full control, with proper safeguards.
3. Use – data is used solely for displaying projects, units, prices, areas, and other information agreed with the Client.
4. Deletion / Anonymization – data is deleted or anonymized after cooperation ends or upon the Client’s request, except where law requires retention.
10. Intellectual Property Responsibility.
FLAT.SHOW assumes no responsibility for compliance with copyright or other intellectual property rights in relation to the information provided by the Client. The Client bears sole responsibility for ensuring that all information, materials, and content delivered to FLAT.SHOW for use in the widget do not infringe upon the rights of third parties.
